RETURN REPLACEMENT AND REFUND POLICY

 

RETURN & REPLACEMENT

  • The goods that are received by the buyer must be thoroughly inspected at the time of delivery to ensure quality and quantity. Return or Replacement of any product shall be considered as Damaged/Defective.
  • The replacement will be made only if the buyer/customer sends picture(s) of the broken/damaged/incomplete products, to the customer service team.
  • Products that are already Damaged/Tampered packaging (other than normal wear and tear/markings on the outer surface) should not be accepted by the customer.
  • The products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, invoices and documentation in proper condition & products/items should be UNUSED.
  • The receipt of any Damaged/ Defective product should be notified to us by the customer within 48 hours.
  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to either speak with any ABCHAUZ representative at +91 7034776060 between 10.00 AM – 6 PM (IST) from Monday to Friday or write to us at abchauzdigital@gmail.com and without the proper correspondence, the products won't be eligible for Replacements/Returns.

 

Conditions for REFUND

Only the following cases are eligible for Refund:

  • ABCHAUZ is somehow not able to arrange for the ordered product delivery.

  • The customer/buyer decides to cancel the product any time before the product is shipped/dispatched from the warehouse.

  • The replacement for the same product is not available or is out of stock.

  • Damaged/Tampered packaging (other than normal wear and tear/markings on the outer surface) can be availed for a refund.

  • The final decision on whether the product is eligible for a refund will be decided by Us/the admin after all the required checks.

 

Order CANCELLATION & REFUND

  • You can cancel your order only before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded in the form of a credit note, which will also be visible in your account.
  • Once you request the cancellation of your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business working days to cancel the order. You will be notified of the same.
  • Part order cancellation is not permissible. In case you wish to cancel a particular item, so can do so until the item is shipped/dispatched. For more details, contact our customer care at the above-mentioned contact details.
  • The refunds will be reimbursed back to the source, such as Credit/Debit/Cash Card/Valid Bank Account/ and such other infrastructure or any other financial instrument directly or indirectly through payment aggregator or through any such facility authorised by Reserve Bank of India from which the payment was initiated to buy the product.
